Our inspectors take you into the tooling shops with digital photography throughout the tooling process, including first shot digital video footage. Our first articles come with a report detailing tooling and product specifications, material usage, cycle time, waste report, and production cost analysis. Upon first article approval, we can deliver finished tools worldwide or you can take advantage of our Post Mold Making Services.

Post Mold Making Services

Once the tool has been completed we can seamlessly provide pilot and mass production in the ISO 9001 sub-contract processing facility best suited to your needs. Our inspectors for finished product make sure that nothing but excellent quality parts are boxed and drop shipped to meet your demand anywhere in the world.

If your needs go further than injection, we offer post injection processing of those parts. We can help with printing, plating, sub-assembly component procurement, assembly, and packaging. These services are provided through our extensive network of partner factories located in close proximity to our processing facilities in the Shenzhen manufacturing region.

Pre Mold Making Services

MTS has a team of experienced engineers who can generate and modify your product and tooling drawings. Our engineers can work from your product samples, sketches and ideas, helping to turn them into production ready 2D/3D engineering drawings.

We work in AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer, and Solidworks.

As with our mold making capabilities our engineering services are provided at substantially reduced prices of those found in the US and EU.
